Mrs. Oguntoyinbo, FNP-BC

Graduated with a  Masters degree in Library &  Information Science, from University of South Carolina, Columbia SC., and a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Armstrong Atlantic University, Savannah, Ga.  Mrs. O completed her nursing residency program at Memorial Medical  Center also in Savannah, Ga. Additionally, Mrs. O received a Masters Degree in Nursing from the University of Maryland, Bowie, MD.

During her graduate studies at Maryland,  Mrs. O received an award for her research on “The Effect on Life Style Changes on Chronic   Diseases Among African American Women Ages 40-70” . Her investigatations involved the study of  Diabetes,  Hypertension, & Cardio Vascular diseases.  The research concluded that as the participants modified their lifestyle, they lost weight and majority had some adjustments or discontinuation of medications as a result.

As a specialist in Bariatric medicine, Mrs. Oguntoyinbo has continued her study and centered her medical practice to assist her patients in achieving optimal health and well being.

Mrs. Oguntoyinbo has lived in Beaufort , SC for over 30 years. 
As an Associate member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians, she has practiced Bariatric medicine for 10 years. Family Care & Medical Weight Management has provided patients with successful results for the last five years. 

Mrs. Oguntoyinbo, and her husband Dr. Afolabi Oguntoyinbo look  forward to continuing to help clients from Beaufort and surrounding counties, be successful in achieving their optimal health.
