Procedures and Fees
You are about to embark on a program of weight control, both for your health and appearance. Before we establish our relationship, it is important that you know all about our practice and our relationship with your other doctors. If you are coming to us for your weight and related problems, and wish us to treat you for other medical problems, we will do so only if you have no other physician available. We encourage you to keep all your appointments with your regular physician.Fee Schedule

$45 OR $51.00 bi weekly (your choice)
$90.00 monthly ( 2 to 4 office visits required)
